Every plan is priced per workspace per month in AED, excluding VAT, and paid by card through Stripe. WhatsApp message fees are not in the plan price: Meta charges them to the payment method on your own WhatsApp Business account, so there is no markup from us. Campaigns show the estimated Meta fees in AED before you launch.

The application runs in a private data centre in the United Arab Emirates. The providers that process data elsewhere, such as Meta for the channels, Stripe for billing and the AI providers you enable, are named on the subprocessors page, and the retention schedule is public.

- Disconnect a channel and its data is deleted after 30 days; a workspace is erased 90 days after its subscription ends.

Yes. SM Gateway is operated by 360 Gateways Group FZE LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates, and the application is hosted in a private data centre in the UAE.
How much does the WhatsApp Business API cost in the UAE?
There are two parts. The SM Gateway plan starts at AED 150 a month per workspace, excluding VAT. Meta’s WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business account, with no markup from us, and campaigns show the estimate in AED before you send.
Do we need a Meta developer account or an app of our own?
No. SM Gateway is verified as a Tech Provider by Meta, so your business connects under our verified app. You sign in with Facebook, choose the number, Page or account and grant the permissions; there is no developer registration and no App Review on your side.
Can we keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number?
Yes, on request. WhatsApp Coexistence connects a number that stays in use in the WhatsApp Business phone app, so the team can answer in the shared inbox while the phone keeps working. Eligibility depends on Meta’s account and number requirements.
Can several numbers or branches share one inbox?
Yes. Connect more than one WhatsApp number to the same workspace and route conversations by branch. Branches: 1 on Starter, 5 on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise.
How long does it take to connect WhatsApp?
Signing up and starting the trial take minutes. Connecting WhatsApp depends on your Meta account’s eligibility, verification and number setup, so we do not promise a fixed time before we have seen your accounts.
Where is our data stored?
The application runs in a private data centre in the United Arab Emirates. Messages still pass through the channel provider (Meta for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger), and the providers that process data abroad, such as Stripe and the AI providers you enable, are listed on the subprocessors page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign up with Google, Facebook or email and start a free trial with a card on file. The trial is available once per email address and once per card, and you can cancel before it converts to a paid plan.
