Yes. The application supports multiple distinct WhatsApp connections in the same company workspace. Each number needs its own eligible setup and authorization. Confirm the number of connections included in your plan during onboarding.

Can the same number belong to two company workspaces?

A connected number is claimed by one company workspace at a time. Moving it to another workspace requires the appropriate disconnect and reconnect process.

Will my existing WhatsApp app and all old messages carry over?

Existing number arrangements, migration or coexistence eligibility, and message history depend on the connection method and Meta account requirements. Confirm these before making a change to a number you already use.

How long does connecting take?

The application guides you through authorization, number setup and testing. The time depends on your existing assets, permissions and any verification or review required; there is no guaranteed activation time.
