Website storage.

The static marketing pages work without analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and icons are served locally. Saving your chat preference creates a localStorage entry named smg-privacy-v1 containing your choice and a timestamp. Our website preference logic treats that choice as expired after 180 days.

Optional chat.

Chat is not loaded automatically on page arrival. Starting chat loads the configured application-hosted page. The application embed uses a visitor identifier named li_webchat_visitor in localStorage on the application origin; the identifier has no automatic expiry in the current implementation. Your chat messages are processed by the application and relevant business, as described in the privacy policy.

Changing your choice.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your chat preference. Disabling chat removes the open embedded chat and prevents future loading until you enable it. It cannot clear storage on the application’s separate origin or delete messages already sent. Use your browser’s site-data controls to clear browser identifiers, and our data-deletion instructions to request deletion of service records.

Analytics and advertising.

This marketing website includes no analytics SDK, Meta Pixel or advertising tags. If those features are introduced, this policy and the corresponding consent controls will be updated.
