One planner for every Page and account

Facebook and Instagram posts prepared, approved and scheduled from one table.

Formats checked before you post

Each network’s rules are applied while you write, not refused on the day.

Approvals without extra seats

An Approver role that views and approves, and never counts as a paid seat.

Planner

Status, targets, format, readiness and approval for every post in one place.

Calendar and slots

Posting slots, Fill slots and a month view you can drag posts around in.

Test with Meta

A dry run and pre-flight checks 24 hours and 1 hour before each post.

01

One Planner for every Page and account.

The Planner is a table of everything you have prepared, so nobody has to open each network to know what is going out.

  • Status, time in your workspace time zone, targets, format, thumbnails and caption in one row.
  • Readiness and approval columns show what still needs a decision.
  • Filters, bulk actions and content plans keep a busy month in order.
02

A guided editor, with a media library behind it.

Writing a post walks you through Where → Format → Media → Text → Preview → When, and each format says what it needs.

  • Photo fixes that never touch the original: convert to JPEG, crop to 4:5, 1:1, 1.91:1 or 9:16, reduce the size.
  • Different photos, alt text and captions per network when Instagram and Facebook should not look the same.
  • A private Media library that inspects every upload’s real bytes — dimensions, video duration, codec and frame rate.
  • Import a month of posts from Excel or CSV; media is matched by file name and posts arrive as drafts.
03

Every format Meta allows, checked live.

Pick the format and the editor applies that network’s own rules while you type, so a post is not refused on the day.

  • Facebook: text, link, photo, multi-photo, video and Reel.
  • Instagram: image, carousel, Reel and story.
  • Format rules live in Platform → Channel rules and are checked before you schedule.
04

Queue, slots and calendar.

Posting slots turn a pile of drafts into a schedule, and the Calendar shows the month at a glance.

  • Add to queue places a post in the next free slot of its first profile; Fill slots queues many posts in order.
  • Pause a profile to hold its posts; on resume, queued posts move to the next free slots.
  • Month and week views; drag a post to reschedule it.
05

Approvals without extra seats.

Turn on Require approval and posts go Submit → Approve or Return before they can be scheduled.

  • The Approver role may only view and approve.
  • Approvers do not use a paid seat; each plan includes a free allowance.
  • Every approval and return is recorded with its note.
06

Test with Meta before you post.

A dry run against the real account, then checks 24 hours and 1 hour before each post, so problems are found while there is still time to fix them.

  • Pre-flight checks the token, permissions, media reachability and Instagram quota; problems mark the post Needs attention and email the approver.
  • Per-target status all the way: Queued, Preparing, Ready, Publishing, Published, Failed or Outcome unknown, with the link to the live post.
  • Retry failed re-queues only the failed targets. A post is never published twice; an uncertain outcome is resolved by a person, not resent.
  • A queue-running-low alert and a weekly publishing digest keep schedulers and approvers informed.

How it works

  1. Connect a Page or account

Integrations → Publishing & Comments connects a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account and imports the last 30 days of posts.

  2. Plan and approve

Write in the guided editor, add to the queue or pick a time, and let an approver say yes.

  3. Publish and watch the status

Pre-flight runs before each post; the Planner shows Published, Failed or Needs attention per target.

Questions, answered.

Which accounts can publish?

A Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account, connected under Integrations → Publishing & Comments. Several Pages and accounts can share one workspace.

Does it post automatically?

Yes. At the scheduled time the post goes out to each target, and the Planner shows every target’s status. A post is never published twice.

Can we publish stories and Reels?

Yes: Instagram image, carousel, Reel and story; Facebook text, link, photo, multi-photo, video and Reel.

Who can approve a post?

Anyone with the Approver role, which only views and approves and does not use a paid seat. Require approval is optional per workspace.
