Manage multiple Pages in one company workspace.
A company can connect several eligible Facebook Pages as separate messaging connections. This works for a business with different brands or branch Pages, without asking the team to keep checking each Page independently.
- Authorize each Page through its connection flow.
- Keep the originating Page visible in the conversation.
- Assign the enquiry and carry its context into lead follow-up.
Clear steps from authorization to first reply.
The application walks the authorized user through sign-in, access approval and Page selection. You remain in control of which eligible Page is connected. A connection status check and a test conversation complete the setup.
Keep the conversation moving.
Handle Messenger enquiries alongside other connected channels, assign the right owner and decide the next action. Configure automated acknowledgements and out-of-hours wording around your team’s availability and the channel’s permitted reply behavior.
A messaging connection with a clear purpose.
The Facebook connection brings Page Messenger conversations into the application. It does not imply support for personal Messenger accounts, every Page comment, advertising or social publishing. Permissions, message types and history should be checked for your actual Page setup.
Questions, answered.
Can one company connect multiple Facebook Pages?
Yes. Separate eligible Pages can be connected in the same company workspace. Complete authorization for each Page and confirm any plan limits during onboarding.
Is this for Facebook Pages or personal profiles?
This integration is for eligible Facebook Page messaging through Messenger. Personal profile conversations are not the intended connection.
Can everyone in my company see every Page conversation?
Visibility depends on the application access and roles configured for your company. A shared workspace does not mean every team member automatically has every permission.
Does connecting a Page guarantee Meta approval?
No. An integration and Meta Tech Provider or Business Partner status are separate matters. Availability depends on account eligibility, granted permissions and platform requirements.
