Your mailboxes.
One shared inbox.

Email is where invoices, bookings and complaints arrive. Connect the mailboxes your business already has and answer them in the same inbox as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and website chat — with assignment, notes and team visibility, and the reply sent from your own address.

  • Shared and personal mailboxes
  • Microsoft 365 or IMAP
  • Threads, not chats

Email is available on Enterprise. Connect a Microsoft 365 mailbox with one sign-in, or any other mailbox with an app password.

Workspace and personal mailboxes

info@ and sales@ for the team, your own address for you — each with its own list of who can see it.

Any provider

Microsoft 365 with one sign-in; Gmail, Zoho, iCloud and the rest with an app password.

Hand over, not forward

Share a personal mailbox with a colleague as read only or read and reply, and withdraw it any time.

Your company workspace

info@, sales@ and your own address.

A workspace mailbox is shared with the members you choose; a personal mailbox stays private to its owner unless they share it. Each one is its own connection in your company workspace, and every thread shows which mailbox it belongs to.

Connection steps

A guided start.
A connected working day.

One connection at a time, from authorization to a first conversation your team can handle.

  1. Open Settings → Email mailboxes.

A member who manages channels adds a workspace mailbox; any member can add their own personal mailbox.

  2. Sign in with Microsoft, or use an app password.

Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com connect with one sign-in. Gmail / Google Workspace, iCloud, Zoho, Yahoo, GoDaddy, Hostinger and any other provider connect over IMAP and SMTP with an app password; presets fill in the server settings.

  3. Choose who can see it.

Pick the members of a workspace mailbox, or share a personal mailbox with a colleague as read only or read and reply.

  4. Import the last 30 days and reply.

Recent threads arrive closed; a new customer message reopens one. Reply, reply-all, Cc, attach and sign from the inbox.

Two kinds of mailbox.

Shared addresses and personal ones behave differently, on purpose.

  • A workspace mailbox (info@, sales@, accounts@) has its own member list — only finance needs to see accounts@. Its threads can be assigned and annotated like any shared channel.
  • A personal mailbox belongs to one member and is private to them.
  • A member can share their personal mailbox with a named colleague as read only or read and reply, and withdraw it at any time; a delegate’s reply goes out from the owner’s address and is shown as “sent by Sara on behalf of Ahmed”.

Any provider.

Microsoft mailboxes connect with one click; everything else connects the way your mail client does.

  • Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com: one-click Microsoft sign-in; new mail arrives near-instantly.
  • Gmail / Google Workspace, iCloud, Zoho, Yahoo, GoDaddy, Hostinger and any other provider: address plus an app password over IMAP and SMTP, with presets for the server settings.
  • Mailbox passwords and sign-in tokens are stored only in the Vault, never in the browser or in logs.

Threads like your mail client.

Every email thread is its own conversation, so a long exchange stays together and nobody answers twice.

  • Replies within a thread stay in that conversation; a new thread is a new conversation.
  • Every viewer sees “Replied by Sara · 10:42” the moment it happens, and gets a warning before sending into a thread a colleague just answered or is typing in.
  • Formatted replies with signatures per mailbox and per person; reply, reply-all, Cc/Bcc, attachments, forward, and a new email to a contact from their profile.
  • Campaign emails reply to your own address, so once the mailbox is connected, campaign replies land here too.

What it never does.

Email stays a human channel, and your mailbox stays yours.

  • No auto-replies, bots, workflows or AI on email conversations — agents reply by hand.
  • SM Gateway never marks mail as read, moves, labels, archives or deletes anything in your mailbox; the only thing it writes is the reply, which lands in your Sent folder.
  • Personal mailboxes are never visible to anyone but their owner, their delegates and an access grant the owner approved.

Questions, answered.

Does Gmail work?

Yes. Gmail and Google Workspace connect over IMAP and SMTP with an app password; there is no Google one-click sign-in.

Will SM Gateway change anything in my mailbox?

No. It reads mail and sends your replies through your own mailbox; the reply lands in your Sent folder and nothing else is touched.

Can we keep accounts@ private to finance?

Yes. Every workspace mailbox has its own member list; only those members (and the workspace owner) see it.

Which plan includes email?

Email inbox is an Enterprise module. Mailbox counts are plan limits, and a Custom plan can include it.

Illustrative workflow: photos are generated and cards use sample data. Product screens are from the SM Gateway application.
